At Stolex, we strive to provide quality products and a hassle-free shopping experience. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.
5-Day Return Policy
We offer a 5-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be returned within 5 days of delivery.
- Be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- Include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, tags, and invoices.
- Not be damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
Return Process
To request a return:
- Contact our customer support within 5 days of delivery.
- Share your Order ID, reason for return, and clear photos or videos of the product (if applicable).
- Once approved, our team will provide return instructions.
- After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your request.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only after the returned product passes our quality inspection.
- Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be transferred to your bank account or UPI ID within 5–7 business days after approval.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except when the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product sent by Stolex.
Replacement Policy
You may request a replacement if:
- You received a damaged product.
- You received the wrong item.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
Replacement requests must be made within 5 days of delivery with supporting photos or videos.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Innerwear and lingerie
- Personal care and hygiene products
- Beauty and cosmetic products that have been opened or used
- Grooming products
- Health and wellness products once opened
- Food, grocery, and edible items
- Baby care products once opened
- Customized or personalized products
- Gift cards and digital products
- Perishable items
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear
- Items returned without original packaging or missing accessories
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order ID
- Photos or video of the product
- Photos of the packaging
Our team will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- If you refuse delivery without a valid reason, shipping charges may be deducted from any eligible refund.
